After years of cooperation, LLP now joins Partner Power. With LLP onboard Partner Power broadens its product coverage in Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria to include AX, NAV and CRM.

LLP has since 2005 been cooperating with Partner Power, and has now taken advantage of becoming an actual member of Partner Power on the products Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV and CRM. Lechler is a major player on the international market for spray nozzle technology, and Lechler – even though considering Sugar CRM – chose to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Peter Fellerhof, CRM Project Manager at Lechler explains the choice of Microsoft Dynamics CRM:

“We had a CRM system from our ERP vendor that was not working because of the ergonomics and because we missed a lot of standard functionalities. Even though the CRM was integrated in the ERP, we were more beta-testers than users. Almost no one was using it so we didn't have a centralized database and no visibility on the Forecast. Furthermore the CRM was mostly German oriented and not international.”
