Lechler praises Partner Power & MS CRM

Lechler is a major player on the international market for spray nozzle technology, and Lechler – even though considering Sugar CRM – chose to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Peter Fellerhof, CRM Project Manager at Lechler explains the choice of Microsoft Dynamics CRM:

“We had a CRM system from our ERP vendor that was not working because of the ergonomics and because we missed a lot of standard functionalities. Even though the CRM was integrated in the ERP, we were more beta-testers than users. Almost no one was using it so we didn't have a centralized database and no visibility on the Forecast. Furthermore the CRM was mostly German oriented and not international.”

According to Peter Fellerhof, two factors made Microsoft Dynamics CRM the preferred choice. With Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lechler can host the solution themselves and rely on Microsoft technology. Second, the integration with MS Office is easier and more manageable with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 

After getting referred to Partner Power HQ from Partner Power in Central US, SIKICH, Lechler quickly turned the attention towards our international organization in their search for a single CRM partner that could assist them in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM throughout its international organization:

“We chose Partner Power because it is an international organization and is based in every country that will use Microsoft Dynamics CRM – and also because the local competitor (in Germany) was not convincing me in his capability to understand our requirements,” says Peter Fellerhof.

Even though the project is still in progress, Peter Fellerhof is very satisfied with the product and Partner Power’s added value:

“The project started very well. The initial workshop was really serious and structured. Furthermore we were happy to have someone that could make us understand what CRM is and understood our needs and goals,” Peter Fellerhof further describes: “All the phases went well; good knowledge transfer, good project management, good planning ... furthermore we are in line with most of the standard functions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and that was one of our goals.”

Lechler has been – and still is – very satisfied the choice of Partner Power. Especially the Partner Power Working Model and the fact that Lechler has only one main contact for each and every implementation across the globe has been great - and to the question: “What could have been better in the initial phases?,” Peter Fellerhof simply replies: “Nothing”.
